Una familia en apariencia normal, los chicos concurrían a la Escuela ORT de la comunidad judía en Buenos Aires, vivían en un departamento de clase media en la calle Aguirre al 200, en Villa Crespo. Sin embargo luego de varios ruidos, la Policía de la Ciudad llegó al lugar y se encontró con una escena terrible. Al abrir la puerta, todos estaban muertos.
¿Qué ocurrió con los Seltzer?
Los investigadores confirmaron que los ingresos no estaban forzados y encontraron en la casa elementos clave como un cuchillo ensangrentado y una carta en la cocina, además la mamá de los chicos, Laura Fernanda estaba en tratamiento psiquiátrico.
La asesina era la madre:
Según la reconstrucción judicial, Laura Fernanda primero mató a su esposo, luego a sus hijos y finalmente se quitó la vida. Antes de suicidarse, Laura Fernanda escribió una carta, donde consigna la frase 'íbamos a la calle', indicativo de un presunto problema económico de la familia que no fue corroborado.

A seemingly normal family, the boys attended the ORT School of the Jewish community in Buenos Aires and lived in a middle-class apartment on Aguirre Street, number 200, in Villa Crespo. However, after several noises, the Buenos Aires City Police arrived at the scene and found a horrific sight. Upon opening the door, they found everyone dead.
What happened to the Seltzers?
Investigators confirmed there were no signs of forced entry and found key evidence in the house, including a bloody knife and a letter in the kitchen. The children's mother, Laura Fernanda, was undergoing psychiatric treatment.
The mother was the killer:
According to the judicial reconstruction, Laura Fernanda first killed her husband, then her children, and finally took her own life. Before committing suicide, Laura Fernanda wrote a letter containing the phrase "we were going to be homeless," suggesting a possible financial problem for the family, which was not corroborated.
