VALENCIA, España — La Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras informó que su Equipo Jurídico Internacional reconstruyó el homicidio de Álex, de 13 años, ocurrido en Sueca, Valencia, a partir de documentación incorporada a la investigación judicial.
Según la organización, Juan Francisco M.F., único detenido por el caso y exbibliotecario de la Biblioteca de Algemesí, declaró ante el Juzgado de Instrucción Nº 4 que "perdió la cabeza" y sufrió un episodio que describió como un "ataque de locura". El acusado asumió su responsabilidad por los hechos, aunque no explicó de manera concreta el motivo del crimen, de acuerdo con la documentación judicial analizada.
El imputado permanece en prisión preventiva en el centro penitenciario de Picassent, en la provincia de Valencia.
Investigación judicial
La causa busca establecer el móvil del homicidio. Durante su declaración, el acusado calificó a la víctima como un "pobre niño" y la desvinculó de cualquier responsabilidad en los hechos, según consta en el expediente.

Declaración del acusado
De acuerdo con la declaración incorporada al expediente, antes de la llegada de Álex al domicilio, el acusado habría dicho a su hijo: "Que hoy no venga nadie a casa, no estoy bien".
La investigación sostiene que Álex acudió a la vivienda para ayudar a instalar un programa relacionado con el videojuego Fortnite en la consola de su amigo.
Según el testimonio del hijo del detenido, el acusado le entregó diez euros y le pidió que ambos se fueran a otro lugar.
Referencias a conflictos familiares
Durante su declaración judicial, el acusado vinculó reiteradamente su estado emocional al conflicto con su expareja. Según el expediente, utilizó en varias ocasiones la palabra "guerra" para describir los litigios por la custodia de sus dos hijos y afirmó que un informe de los servicios sociales había perjudicado su situación. "Cada paso de esta miniguerra me ha llevado aquí", declaró.
Asimismo, el acusado manifestó a su hijo: "Yo no soy así, al final tu madre ha conseguido que me vuelva loco", de acuerdo con la documentación judicial.
Reconstrucción de los hechos
Según el expediente, no existió ninguna discusión entre los dos menores antes del ataque.
La declaración del acusado indica que los niños jugaban a Fortnite en una habitación mientras él veía por televisión el partido entre Valencia y Espanyol. Manifestó que, al ver pasar a Álex por el pasillo en dirección al baño, tomó un cuchillo de la cocina y aseguró no recordar lo ocurrido después.
El hijo del detenido declaró posteriormente que, tras escuchar los gritos, encontró a su padre golpeando el suelo con un bate de béisbol. Esa arma fue posteriormente intervenida por los investigadores.
El menor relató asimismo que, al ver el cuerpo de su amigo gravemente herido, temió convertirse también en víctima y pidió a su padre que no le hiciera daño. Según su declaración ante la Guardia Civil, ambos fueron después a la cocina, donde el acusado volvió a responsabilizar a su expareja de lo ocurrido.

Investigators say Álex had gone to the home to help install software related to the video game Fortnite on his friend's gaming console.
According to the testimony of the suspect's 13-year-old son, his father gave him ten euros and suggested that the boys go somewhere else.
References to family disputes
During questioning, the suspect repeatedly linked his emotional state to ongoing disputes with his former partner. Court records show he repeatedly used the word "war" to describe legal proceedings involving custody of their two children and said a report issued by social services had harmed his position.
"Every step of this mini-war has brought me here," he told the judge, according to the case file.
The suspect also allegedly told his son: "I'm not like this. In the end, your mother has driven me crazy."
Reconstruction of events
According to the investigation, there was no argument between the two boys before the attack.
The suspect told investigators the children were playing Fortnite while he watched the Valencia-Espanyol football match on television. He said that after seeing Álex walk down the hallway toward the bathroom, he went into the kitchen, picked up a knife and could not remember what happened afterward.
The suspect's son later told investigators that, after hearing screams, he found his father striking the floor with a baseball bat. The bat was subsequently seized by forensic investigators.
The boy also said that when he saw his friend's severely injured body, he feared he would also be attacked and begged his father not to hurt him. According to his statement to Spain's Civil Guard, they later went into the kitchen together, where the suspect again blamed his former partner for what had happened.
