Das Massaker ereignete sich an der Tumbler Ridge High School in British Columbia, Kanada. Laut offiziellen Angaben starben dabei zehn Menschen, mindestens 25 wurden verletzt.
Eine Frau hinter dem Anschlag: Die kanadische Polizei bestätigte gegenüber BSF, dass es sich bei der mutmaßlichen Täterin um eine „Frau mit braunen Haaren in einem Kleid“ handelt. Die Person sei identifiziert, ihre Identität jedoch noch nicht öffentlich bekannt gegeben worden.
Die Angreiferin beging Selbstmord: Die mutmaßliche Täterin wurde mit einer selbst zugefügten Schusswunde tot aufgefunden, bestätigte die kanadische Polizei.
