La Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras confirmó la muerte por ciberbullying de Florencia del Valle Sosa de 30 años en Tucumán, Argentina. La mujer había desaparecido hace una semana en Tucumán y fue encontrada con vida dos días después pero terminó quitándose la vida en las últimas horas, luego de recibir decenas de mensajes de odio en Instagram y Facebook.

The woman had disappeared a week earlier in Tucumán and was found alive two days later, but took her own life in the last few hours after receiving dozens of hate messages on Instagram and Facebook.
¿Qué pasó con Florencia del Valle Sosa?
La chica desapareció el 12 de febrero, luego de anunciar que iba a ir a hacer trámites al banco en Tucumán. Luego de varias horas de ausencia, su marido salió a buscarla y encontró, al costado de la Ruta Provincial 331, la motocicleta de su esposa, abandonada.
En estas circunstancias acudió a la Comisaría de Aguilares Sur, provincia de Tucumán y radicó la denuncia sobre su desaparición. Se desplegó un operativo de búsqueda en la zona que encontró a Florencia en el paraje Santa Rosa, localidad de Nueva Trinidad. Presentaba un cuadro de shock y principio de hipotermia, con la ropa embarrada y empapada.
Tras el anuncio de que había sido encontrada con vida, muchas personas publicaron en redes sociales burlas, mensajes de odio y críticas hacia la mujer, cuestionando el motivo de su desaparición. Pocas horas después se confirmó que Florencia se quitó la vida.
Algunos mensajes:
“¿Qué pasó, se fue de parranda y se suspendieron los corsos (carnavales)?“ y “anduvo con el pata de lana (amante)”, escribieron algunas personas en Instagram y Facebook.

What happened to Florencia del Valle Sosa?
The young woman disappeared on February 12th after announcing she was going to run errands at the bank in Tucumán. After several hours of absence, her husband went out to look for her and found her motorcycle abandoned on the side of Provincial Route 331.
Under these circumstances, he went to the Aguilares Sur Police Station in the province of Tucumán and filed a missing person report. A search operation was launched in the area, which found Florencia in the Santa Rosa area, near the town of Nueva Trinidad. She was in shock and suffering from the beginnings of hypothermia, with her clothes muddy and soaked. After the announcement that she had been found alive, many people posted mocking messages, hate speech, and criticism of the woman on social media, questioning the reason for her disappearance. A few hours later, it was confirmed that Florencia had taken her own life.
