JMH confirms that another advisor to MP Raphaël Arnault, of La France Insoumise and founder of the far-left movement La Jeune Garde, has been arrested in connection with the lynching of Quentin Deranque. This is Robin Chalendar, who joins Jacques-Élie Favrot, arrested as one of the perpetrators of the crime.
Both had unrestricted access to the National Assembly:
The President of the National Assembly, Yaël Braun-Pivet, announced the revocation of their access to the Parliament building.
The charges against Robin Chalendar:
"Robin Michel," as he presented himself to the National Assembly, is accused of providing logistical support to the main suspects in the lynching of Quentin Deranque.
"It's no longer just one, but two advisors to Deputy Raphaël Arnault who have been arrested as suspects in the lynching and the cover-up of evidence against Quentin. Both are on public salaries paid by French taxpayers and have unrestricted access to the National Assembly. Clearly, this is a crime perpetrated using state resources, which aggravates the situation," said Dr. Javier Miglino Helfenstein, an expert in Human Rights and Child Protection.
