El Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH junto a la Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras expresan su profunda preocupación ante un hecho de violación y posterior difusión de un video sexual, grabado en el baño de un centro comercial de Valencia, España, perpetrado por al menos tres jóvenes sobre una chica de 16 años.

Por el hecho han sido detenidos tres hombres jóvenes de 14 y 15 años como presuntos autores de la violación de una chica de 16 años en Valencia. El episodio fue grabado y los autores intentaron viralizarlo, según ha informado Policía Nacional.
Agentes del Grupo de Menores (GRUME) de la Brigada Provincial de la Policía Judicial de Valencia, llevan la investigación tras la denuncia de los familiares de la víctima.
Tres menores fueron detenidos el 23 de febrero.
La violación se produjo en un centro comercial de Valencia.
Por orden de la Fiscalía de Menores de turno, los tres detenidos pasaron a disposición judicial.
Según la denuncia de la víctima, el día de la agresión quedó a la salida del instituto solo con uno de ellos, pero este se presentó con otros dos amigos. Ya en los baños públicos del centro comercial, la menor expresó que solo quería tener relaciones sexuales con uno de ellos pero los detenidos cerraron los pestillos, le quitaron la ropa y la forzaron. Además la grabaron sin su consentimiento.

Three young men, aged 14 and 15, have been arrested as the alleged perpetrators of the rape of a 16-year-old girl in Valencia. The incident was recorded, and the perpetrators attempted to make it go viral, according to the National Police.
Agents from the Juvenile Unit (GRUME) of the Provincial Brigade of the Judicial Police of Valencia are leading the investigation following a report filed by the victim's family.
Three minors were arrested on February 23.
The rape occurred in a shopping center in Valencia.
By order of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office, the three detainees were brought before a judge.
According to the victim's report, on the day of the assault, she arranged to meet one of the men outside the school, but he arrived with two other friends. Once in the public restrooms of the shopping center, the minor stated that she only wanted to have sex with one of them, but the men locked the doors, removed her clothing, and forced themselves on her. They also recorded her without her consent.
