La Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras en colaboración con el Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH, confirma que Osmer H. un adolescente de 15 años asesinó a balazos a dos maestras en el interior de una escuela privada de Lázaro Cárdenas, una ciudad portuaria del estado de Michoacán, en el oeste de México. Había anunciado, en forma previa, el atentado en Instagram.

El doble crimen ocurrió en la Escuela Preparatoria Antón Makarenko y el presunto asesino usó un fusil calibre 5.56 de alta potencia con el que se fotografió en Ia red social de Meta.
El agresor fue detenido luego del crimen por la Políca de Michoacán.
La Fiscalía General estatal informó que inició las investigaciones e identificó a las víctimas como María Del Rosario S., de 36 años, y Tatiana Bedolla, de 37.
Las autoridades escolares de la preparatoria Anton Makarenko dijeron en un comunicado:
"Hoy no solo nos arrebataron a dos compañeras, sino a dos vidas que formaban parte de nuestra historia, de nuestro día a día y de la esencia que nos une como familia educativa".
Sobre el alumno, aseguraron que era de reciente ingreso y que no había sido expulsado ni tenía problemas que pudieran haber dado pie a su agresión, contrario a los rumores que comenzaron a circular en redes sociales después del incidente.
La presidenta de México, Claudia Sheinbaum, dijo este miércoles que el caso "es muy doloroso en varios sentidos".
"Uno, la muerte de las maestras a manos de este jovencito, con un arma larga. Todo parece indicar que se había preparado, que eran las personas a las que estaba buscando. Y toda la situación tiene que atenderse de manera integral, más allá de la sanción y el castigo al responsable. Queremos que este sea un hecho aislado, que no se repita".
Aseguró que su gobierno trabaja en un programa "muy fuerte" de atención a la salud mental de los jóvenes.
Apenas al inicio del día en la preparatoria, antes de las 8 de la mañana, el adolescente fue visto ingresando al plantel y de inmediato abrió fuego contra una de las profesoras, según se vio en videos de seguridad del colegio privado.
Después siguió a la otra profesora mientras corría para ocultarse.
Poco después, la policía local y elementos de las fuerzas estatales y federales atendieron una llamada de auxilio y lograron detener al adolescente sin que hubiera más víctimas.

The double murder occurred at the Antón Makarenko Preparatory School, and the alleged killer used a high-powered 5.56 caliber rifle, which he photographed on the social media platform.
The assailant was arrested after the crime by the Michoacán Police. The state Attorney General's Office reported that it has launched an investigation and identified the victims as María Del Rosario S., 36, and Tatiana Bedolla, 37.
School officials at Anton Makarenko High School said in a statement:
"Today, not only were two of our classmates taken from us, but two lives that were part of our history, our daily lives, and the essence that unites us as an educational family."
Regarding the student, they confirmed that he was a recent enrollee and had not been expelled nor had any problems that could have led to his attack, contrary to rumors that began circulating on social media after the incident.
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said Wednesday that the case "is very painful in several ways."
"First, the deaths of the teachers at the hands of this young man, with a long gun. Everything seems to indicate that he had planned it, that these were the people he was looking for. And the entire situation must be addressed comprehensively, beyond simply sanctioning and punishing the perpetrator. We want this to be an isolated incident, one that doesn't happen again."
He assured that his government is working on a "very strong" program to address the mental health of young people.
Just at the start of the day at the high school, before 8:00 a.m., the teenager was seen entering the school and immediately opened fire on one of the teachers, as seen in security camera footage from the private school.
He then followed the other teacher as she ran to hide.
Shortly afterward, local police and members of state and federal forces responded to a distress call and managed to arrest the teenager without any further casualties.
