El asesino hizo todo lo posible por ocultar pruebas:
Julio, el peruano de 23 años que apuñaló David, desapareció de la escena del crimen, descartó el cuchillo que hasta la fecha no ha sido encontrado, fue a su casa, se duchó, se cambió de ropa y adujo que había tenido un 'brote psicótico', que es un claro eximente de responsabilidad penal para dirigirse junto a un familiar al Hospital de Móstoles. A su llegada fue ingresado al área psiquiátrica y avisada la Guardia Civil, le dieron detención en el lugar.
¿Cómo fue el crimen?
El asesino, según testigos, estaba obsesionado con David. Lo seguía a todas partes y el día jueves cuando el niño cursaba un curso de inglés en el Centro Cultural de Villanueva de la Cañada y pidió permiso para ir al baño, fue atacado. Recibió puñaladas letales en el tórax, el cuello y la espalda, lo que demuestra que fue atacado por detrás y en imposible situación de defensa.

The murderer did everything possible to conceal evidence:
Julio, the 23-year-old Peruvian who stabbed David, disappeared from the crime scene, discarded the knife, which has not yet been found, went home, showered, changed his clothes, and claimed to have had a "psychotic episode," which is a clear excuse for not being criminally responsible, to go with a relative to the Móstoles Hospital. Upon arrival, he was admitted to the psychiatric ward, and the Civil Guard was notified and arrested him on the spot.
How did the crime unfold?
According to witnesses, the killer was obsessed with David. He followed him everywhere, and on Thursday, when the boy was attending an English course at the Villanueva de la Cañada Cultural Center and asked permission to go to the bathroom, he was attacked. He received fatal stab wounds to the chest, neck, and back, demonstrating that he was attacked from behind and unable to defend himself.
