La imputada es Jessica Maciel, una mujer trans que fue notificada
de la causa penal que se instruye contra ella.
El origen de la causa:
Fuentes ligadas a la investigación manifestaron que Maciel fue denunciada a partir del testimonio de 17 jóvenes trans que habrían sufrido explotación.
El conductor de Gran Hermano:
El escrito presentado por las autoridades judiciales, dice:
"Toma conocimiento de la experiencia de una joven trans que expresa situaciones de vida como lo son explotación sexual, regenteo en la provincia de Buenos Aires, en San Martín".
Segundos más tarde, el conductor leyó al aire: "Se fueron sumando más víctimas que aducen ser explotadas por quien dice llamarse Jessica Maciel cuando ejercían la prostitución sobre la Ruta 8. En dicha ocasión, reunidas durante seis horas".
En apariencia, Maciel reunía a las víctimas en su casa particular e incluso las presentaba en sociedad, ante otras mujeres trans que ostentaban más de 30 años.
"La Maciel les hacía la venia para pararse en la ruta entre los hoteles El Mesidor y Marylin (San Martín, Provincia de Buenos Aires) y debían pagarle una suma de dinero, todas las noches. Todas las chicas son trans y menores", manifestó Angel de Brito, un periodista argentino de espectáculos.

The accused is Jessica Maciel, a trans woman who was notified of the criminal case against her.
The origin of the case:
Sources linked to the investigation stated that Maciel was reported based on the testimony of 17 young trans women who allegedly suffered exploitation.
The Big Brother host:
"The document presented to the judicial authorities states: 'We are aware of the experience of a young trans woman who describes life situations such as sexual exploitation and pimping in the province of Buenos Aires, in San Martín.'"
Seconds later, the host read on air: "More victims have come forward alleging that they were exploited by someone who calls herself Jessica Maciel while working as prostitutes on Route 8. On that occasion, they were gathered together for six hours." Apparently, Maciel gathered the victims at her home and even introduced them to other trans women, many of whom were over 30.
"Maciel gave them permission to stand on the road between the El Mesidor and Marylin hotels (San Martín, Buenos Aires Province), and they had to pay her a sum of money every night. All the girls are trans and minors," stated an Argentine entertainment journalist.
