La Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras confirma que se abrió una investigación judicial por la muerte del niño Ángel López, de 4 años que murió en Comodoro Rivadavia, Provincia de Chubut a unos 1.400 kilómetros de Buenos Aires. Por la muerte se está investigando a su madre, Mariela Altamirano y a la pareja de la mujer.

El padre de Ángel, Luis López, confirma que al niño lo mataron.
Para López, la madre del niño y su pareja lo habrían matado y se están cubriendo para evitar una causa por homicidio doblemente agravado, por el vínculo y por alevosía con una pena única de prisión perpetua.
La investigación judicial en marcha:
Fuentes cercanas a la investigación confirmaron a BSF que se están analizando todas las denuncias realizadas por el padre del niño y su entorno, una línea que cobró mayor fuerza luego de que las primeras pericias confirmaran que el niño presentaba lesiones internas en la cabeza, en tanto, se ordenó un allanamiento en la vivienda de la madre, donde se incautaron celulares y otros elementos de interés para la causa.
Angel vivía con el papá:
Angel estaba al cuidado de su padre biológico, Luis López, quien formó pareja con Lorena Andrade pero el juez de familia Juan Pablo Pérez ordenó un proceso de revinculación con la madre; Mariela Altamirano, pese a que ésta lo había abandonado cuando el bebé tenía apenas un año.
El niño fue encontrado, por profesionales de la salud, sin signos vitales en su vivienda de la ciudad chubutense de Comodoro Rivadavia y trasladado a un hospital, donde finalmente se constató su fallecimiento.

For López, the child's mother and her partner would have killed him and are covering up to avoid a case for doubly aggravated homicide, due to the link and treachery with a single sentence of life imprisonment.
The judicial investigation underway:
Sources close to the investigation confirmed to BSF that all the complaints made by the child's father and his entourage are being analyzed, a line that gained greater strength after the first tests confirmed that the child had internal injuries to the head, meanwhile, a search was ordered at the mother's home, where cell phones and other items of interest to the case were seized.
