The World Organization Bullying Without Borders confirms the suicide of 15-year-old Angel Israel B. Te. in Tizayuca, Hidalgo, Mexico, due to bullying.
The young man took his own life, fed up with the daily abuse he suffered at the Elisa Acuña Rosetti High School in Tizayuca.
Angel Israel's own family members confirmed the ongoing bullying to
Bullying Without Borders.

Generally, when a child is 15 years old, as was the case with Angel Israel, their prefrontal cortex has not yet fully matured. The prefrontal cortex is responsible for controlling impulses and making decisions, which in some cases leads young people of that age to commit reckless acts without considering the consequences. These actions can range from having heated arguments with their parents to damaging other people's property (cars, motorcycles, houses, schools) or even harming themselves through self-inflicted injuries and, ultimately, suicide.
The rational brain doesn't finish developing until around age 21. At that age, a teenager's brain isn't yet capable of stopping a situation, weighing whether it's wrong or could cause harm. This could range from starting to drink, smoke, or use drugs, to carrying out acts with irreparable consequences.
The head of the Hidalgo State Education Secretariat, Natividad Castrejón, confirmed the student's death to the World Organization Bullying Without Borders and referred to the ongoing investigations. Castrejón clarified that, up to that point, the investigations had not found direct evidence linking Ángel 'N's' suicide to previous cases of bullying reported at the secondary school. He also stated: "There are no prior reports that alerted teachers to any risky situation involving the student within the school."
This statement seeks to establish that, at the administrative level, there was no formal notification prior to the tragedy. However, statements from the student's family and some members of the school community point to bullying as a relevant factor in the victim's background.

La Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras confirma el suicidio por bullying de Angel Israel B. Te. de solo 15 años en Tizayuca, Hidalgo, México.
El joven se quitó la vida, harto del maltrato que sufría a diario en la escuela secundaria Elisa Acuña Rosetti en Tizayuca.
Los propios familiares de Angel Israel confirmaron a Bullying Sin Fronteras el continuo bullying del chico.
La opinión del Equipo Multidisciplinario Internacional de BSF:
En general, cuando un chico tiene 15 años como era el caso de Angel Israel, aún no ha madurado la corteza prefrontal en ningún caso. El área prefrontal es la responsable de controlar los impulsos y tomar decisiones, lo que en algunos casos lleva a las chicas y chicos de esa edad a protagonizar hechos temerarios sin que se detengan a valorar sus consecuencias. Desde tener una discusión acalorada con sus padres a dañar propiedades ajenas (autos, motos, casas, escuelas) o incluso a sí mismos en autolesiones y en última instancia suicidio.
El cerebro racional no termina de desarrollarse hasta los 21 años de edad. Entonces el cerebro de un adolescente aún no está condiciones de frenar una situación, sopesando que está mal o que podría infligirle un daño. Desde comenzar a beber, a fumar o a drogarse, hasta llevar a cabo actos con consecuencias irreparables.
El titular de la Secretaría de Educación de Hidalgo, Natividad Castrejón, confirmó a la Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras el fallecimiento del estudiante y se refirió a las indagatorias en curso. Castrejón aclaró que, hasta ese momento, las investigaciones no han hallado pruebas directas que relacionen el suicidio de Ángel 'N' con casos previos de acoso escolar reportados en la secundaria. Sostuvo también lo siguiente:
“No se cuenta con reportes previos que alertaran a los docentes sobre alguna situación de riesgo que involucrara al estudiante dentro del plantel.” Esta declaración busca establecer que, a nivel administrativo, no existió una notificación formal previa a la tragedia. No obstante, las manifestaciones de la familia del estudiante y de algunos integrantes de la comunidad escolar apuntan hacia la existencia de bullying como antecedente relevante en el entorno de la víctima.
