El titular del Juzgado de Instrucción Número 3 de la sección de instrucción del tribunal de instancia de Esplugas (Barcelona), ha decretado la prisión provisional, comunicada y sin fianza para el asesino del cuchillo de Espuglas de Llobregat, que hace unas horas mató en forma infame y alevosa a una joven china que había llegado a España hace un y era socia en un restaurante.
The judge of the Court of Instruction Number 3 of the Esplugas de Llobregat Court of First Instance has ordered the provisional detention, without bail, of the man who killed a young Chinese woman in Esplugas de Llobregat a few hours ago. The woman, who had arrived in Spain a year prior and was a partner in a restaurant, was stabbed repeatedly by the much larger man with a 40-centimeter butcher's knife and died instantly.
La chica fue atacada a cuchilladas por el hombre, mucho más corpulento y con un cuchillo tipo carnicero de 40 centímetros y murió enseguida.
Fuentes ligadas a la investigación confirmaron al Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH que el Magistrado tiene por probados los hechos referentes a un presunto homicidio agravado y el acusado no requiere internación alguna en una institución psiquiátrica. La causa entonces se investigará como homicidio agravado y al menos dos homicidios agravados en grado de tentativa, más; toda vez que dos vecinos de Barcelona resultaron atacados y uno de ellos con lesiones de importancia.

El detenido de origen marroquí, L.B. de 37 años, llegó a España en el año 2007 y en agosto de 2022 fue detenido en Burgos por la Policía Local acusado de los delitos de atentado a la autoridad, alteración grave del orden público, amenazas y desobediencia.

The woman, who had arrived in Spain a year prior and was a partner in a restaurant, was stabbed repeatedly by the much larger man with a 40-centimeter butcher's knife and died instantly.
Sources linked to the investigation confirmed to the JMH International Consortium of Journalists that the judge considers the facts of the alleged aggravated homicide proven and that the accused does not require hospitalization in a psychiatric institution. The case will therefore be investigated as aggravated homicide and at least two additional counts of attempted aggravated homicide. Two Barcelona residents were attacked, one of them sustaining serious injuries.

The suspect, L.B., a 37-year-old Moroccan national, arrived in Spain in 2007 and was arrested in Burgos in August 2022 by the local police, accused of assaulting a police officer, seriously disturbing the peace, making threats, and disobeying orders.
