Judicial sources confirmed to the International Consortium of Journalists JMH that Jonathan Andic, son of Mango founder Isak Andic, has posted €1 million bail to avoid pretrial detention while the alleged murder of his father is investigated. The accused left the courthouse accompanied by his lawyers at approximately 4:50 p.m. on Tuesday after the judge of the Court of Instruction Number 5 of Martorell (Barcelona) ordered his pretrial detention, which could be avoided by posting bail, following his arrest for his alleged involvement in his father's death.
Statement from the High Court of Catalonia:
The High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) issued a statement specifying that the judge of the Court of Instruction Number 5 of Martorell also ordered precautionary measures: the confiscation of his passport, a travel ban, and weekly court appearances. The case investigating the death of Isak Andic, who died on December 14, 2024, after falling into a ravine in the Salnitre Caves in Collbató (Barcelona), remains open as a homicide investigation, and the secrecy order was lifted on Tuesday.

Fuentes judiciales confirmaron al Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH que Jonathan Andic, hijo del fundador de Mango, Isak Andic, ha depositado 1 millón de euros de fianza para eludir la prisión provisional, mientras se investiga el presunto homicidio de su padre. J
El acusado ha abandonado los juzgados acompañado de sus abogados sobre las 16.50 de este martes después de que la titular del Juzgado de Instrucción número 5 de Martorell (Barcelona) acordara este martes la prisión provisional eludible bajo fianza para él tras ser detenido por su presunta relación con la muerte de su padre.
Comunicado del Tribunal Superior de Catalunya:
El Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Catalunya (TSJC) emitió un comunicado, en el que precisa que la titular del Juzgado de Instrucción número 5 de Martorell ha decretado también medidas cautelares: la retirada del pasaporte, la prohibición de salir del país y visitas semanales en los juzgados.
La causa, en la que se investiga la muerte de Isak Andic, que falleció el 14 de diciembre de 2024 tras caer por un barranco en las Cuevas del Salnitre en Collbató (Barcelona) se mantiene abierta por homicidio y este martes se ha levantado el secreto de las actuaciones.
