At the presentation of her upcoming DC Studios film, Supergirl, Australian actress Milly Alcock took the time to speak with the JMH International Consortium of Journalists about the cyberbullying she has faced in passionate fandoms. Instead of being intimidated by trolls, she confronted them.
A Supergirl against cyberbullying:
"Society and internet fandoms have become accustomed to having a strange possession of women's bodies." After posting these words, Milly became the target of cyberbullying from people using anonymous profiles and "disposable accounts," but she confronted them and was able to put them in their place.
Milly admitted that she belongs to Generation Z and therefore cannot completely ignore the digital space and social media, but she has learned to separate online negativity from real life. To deal with toxic comments and cyberbullying, Milly confessed that she has focused on engaging with the physical world, such as reading in cafes and spending time outdoors.
Supergirl posts her photos: Milly, the next Supergirl, recently decided to post some photos of herself modeling, completely unrelated to the Supergirl role, as shown below.
Milly Alcock, who confessed that if she weren't working as an actress, she would probably be washing dishes in a Sydney cafe, is a universal example of courage in a young, Generation Z girl against social media abuse and cyberbullying.

En la presentación de su próxima película de DC Studios; Supergirl, la actríz australiana Milly Alcock tuvo tiempo de hablar con el Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH sobre el ciberbullying que ha enfrentado en fandoms apasionados. En lugar de dejarse intimidar por los trolls, los enfrentó.
Una Supergirl contra el ciberbullying:
"La sociedad y los fandoms de internet se han acostumbrado a tener una extraña posesión de los cuerpos de las mujeres". Después de publicar estas palabras, Milly se convirtió en blanco del ciberbullying por parte de personas que usan perfiles anónimos y "cuentas desechables", pero los enfrentó y pudo ponerlos en su lugar.
Milly admitió que pertenece a la Generación Z y por ello no puede ignorar por completo el espacio digital y las redes sociales, pero ha aprendido a separar la negatividad en línea de la vida real. Para lidiar con los comentarios tóxicos y el ciberacoso, Milly nos confesó que se ha enfocado en participar en el mundo físico, como leer en cafeterías y pasar tiempo al aire libre.

Milly, la próxima Supergirl decidió recientemente publicar algunas fotos de sí misma modelando, completamente ajenas al papel de Supergirl, tal como te mostramos más abajo.
Milly Alcock que nos confesó que de no trabajar como actriz, seguramente estaría lavando platos en una cafetería de Sidney, es un ejemplo universal de valor, en una chica joven, de la generación Z contra el abuso en las redes sociales y el ciberbullying.
