The shooters in the bloody shooting that left five dead at the Islamic Center of San Diego have been identified. They are two American citizens: 17-year-old Cain Clark and 18-year-old Caleb Vazquez. Both were high school students. After carrying out the attack, in which three people died, they drove away and committed suicide inside the car in which they had arrived.
The mother of one of the young men raised the alarm:
San Diego police sources confirmed to the International Consortium of Journalists JMH that the mother of one of the young men alerted the police after noticing the disappearance of her son, his car, and three weapons.
During the investigation, authorities found a suicide note in which the teenager made several comments related to racial superiority. He had also written various hateful messages on one of the weapons used in the attack.

Los tiradores del sangriento tiroteo que dejó cinco muertos en total en el Centro Islámico de San Diego, han sido identificados. Se trata de dos ciudadanos norteamericanos: Cain Clark de 17 años y Caleb Vázquez de 18.
Ambos se encontraban cursando el colegio secundario. Luego de perpetrar el ataque, donde murieron tres personas, se alejaron y se suicidaron dentro del auto en el que habían llegado.
La madre de uno de los jóvenes lanzó el alerta:
Fuentes policiales de San Diego confirmaron al Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH que la madre de uno de los jóvenes alertó a la policía al advertir la desaparición de su hijo, de su auto y de tres armas.
Durante la investigación, las autoridades encontraron una carta de suicidio en la que el adolescente realizaba varios comentarios vinculados con la superioridad racial. Este mismo, además, había escrito distintos mensajes de odio en una de las armas que se utilizó durante el ataque.
