BRESCIA, ITALY, June 2. World Organization Bullying Without Borders – Pio Domenico Fazzolari, 22, lost his life in Brescia, Italy, in a dangerous viral challenge: climbing onto a car and holding onto the hood while the vehicle is traveling at 40 kilometers per hour.
From viral Instagram challenge to tragedy: While attempting the viral Instagram challenge of holding onto the hood of a friend's car, Domenico fell to the asphalt and hit his head violently. He died at the age of 22, just meters from his home in Roccafranca, Brescia.
"A tragedy for two families, but also for the entire community. My deepest condolences to the family, and as the City Council, we are at their disposal to provide them with all possible support," commented the mayor of Roccafranca, Marco Franzelli, who also traveled to the scene to closely supervise the rescue efforts.
The Carabinieri from Rudiano and Chiari also arrived at the scene of the accident. The latter were responsible for reconstructing the events and clarifying who was responsible.
The Brescia Public Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation into the alleged vehicular homicide of Domenico's friend, also 22 years old.

Del reto viral para Instagram a la tragedia:
Mientras desarrollaba el reto viral para Instagram de agarrarse al capó del coche de un amigo, Doménico cayó al asfalto y se golpeó la cabeza violentamente. Falleció a los 22 años, a pocos metros de su casa en Roccafranca, Brescia.
«Una tragedia para dos familias, pero también para toda la comunidad. Mi más sentido pésame a la familia y, como Ayuntamiento, estamos a su disposición para brindarles todo el apoyo posible», comentó el alcalde de Roccafranca, Marco Franzelli, quien también se desplazó para supervisar de cerca las labores de rescate.
Carabinieres de Rudiano y Chiari también llegaron al lugar del accidente. Estos últimos se encargaron de reconstruir los hechos y esclarecer quiénes fueron los responsables.
La Fiscalía de Brescia ha abierto una investigación por el presunto homicidio vehicular del conductor amigo de Doménico, también de 22 años.
