歩道にも及ぶ脅威：
しかし2021年以降、配達員やその他の「善良な労働者」たちもまた、歩道をバイクで走行するようになりました。つまり、ブエノスアイレスでは歩道を歩くことさえも、命に関わる危険な行為になり得るのです。
儲かる不正な仕組み：
犯罪者が窃盗や殺人を繰り返す一方で、過去20年にわたりマクリ一族が率いてきた市当局は、歩道の補修に注力しています。実例を挙げると、ベルグラーノ、ヌニェス、アルマグロ、フローレスといった地区では、年に6回も歩道の補修や改築が行われています。政府系企業が工事費を請求し、市民の目には、政府が公共事業を遂行しているように映るのです。

Un negocio redondo:
Los criminales roban y matan, el Gobierno de la Ciudad, capitaneado por la familia Macri desde hace 20 repara veredas; para dar una idea hay veredas en Belgrano, Nuñez, Almagro y Flores que se reparan o se rehacen seis (6) veces al año. Las empresas, ligadas al gobierno, facturan y la gente ve a un gobierno que hace obras.
Buenos Aires tiene un presupuesto anual de más de 7.000 millones de euros, un poco más que el Ayuntamiento de Madrid. Pero no hace subtes (metros), no construye avenidas, autopistas ni parques. Solo repara veredas, pinta el frente de los edificio en las villas (1-11-14, 21, 31, etc.); porque en Buenos Aires las villas o barrios ilegales no están hechos de ranchos o chabolas. Están constituidos por edificios de siete a 10 pisos con un skyline envidiable de la Ciudad. Esos edificios ilegales fueron construidos durante los últimos 20 años. ¿Quién administró la Ciudad desde 2017? La familia Macri.

A lucrative racket:

To give you an idea, there are sidewalks in neighborhoods like Belgrano, Núñez, Almagro, and Flores that are repaired or rebuilt six (6) times a year. Government-linked companies bill for the work, and the public sees a government that is carrying out public works projects.
