La causa por abuso sexual:
El ataque habría ocurrido en Melchor Romero, La Plata, Provincia de Buenos Aires. La causa judicial en los tribunales penales de Florencio Varela tienen como imputado a Raúl Ojeda, que continúa en libertad, mientras que el expediente se tramita en la Fiscalía 8, a cargo de Alejandra Ruggeri, bajo la carátula de “corrupción y abuso sexual de menores”.
El suicidio de Zahiara:
Fuentes ligadas a la investigación, confirmaron a Bullying Sin Fronteras que la muerte de la menor se encuentra ligada a un presunto “suicidio”, al tiempo que en estas horas se aguarda por el resultado de la autopsia y, además, se sumarán declaraciones testimoniales a la investigación.
Zahiara concurría a la Escuela de Enseñanza Secundaria Número 22, ubicada en 520 y 138 bis. La Plata, Provincia de Buenos Aires.
Ante este trágico escenario, la comunidad educativa del colegio dispuso un día de duelo, envió sus condolencias a la familia y emitió un comunicado.
