This definition, which is applied in legal proceedings for bullying and cyberbullying in more than 120 countries worldwide, was developed by Dr. Javier Miglino Helfenstein, an expert in Human Rights and Child Protection, and reviewed by more than 30,000 specialists globally. Once approved, it was agreed upon by the World Organization Bullying Without Borders (BSF) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
And it perfectly applies to Nerea's case, who says:
"If I went out with a boy I supposedly liked, I thought he'd tell me it was a lie or a joke. That he was going to deceive me," because Nerea's classmates constantly deceived her.
