BARCELONA. Junio 10. Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH – Durante la visita del Papa León XIV a Barcelona, se produjo un crimen, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Practicamente fue una ejecución de un disparo en la calle Balmes. El asesino está prófugo. During Pope Leo XIV's visit to Barcelona, a crime occurred in the heart of the city. Pleno centro de Barcelona:
El homicidio fue perpetrado a pocos metros de la comisaría de la Policía Nacional que hay en el corazón de la capital catalana (donde se hacen los DNI) y en una de las vías más transitadas de la ciudad. El incidente se ha producido a las 9:50 horas de este miércoles, en una zona repleta de comercios, oficinas y colegios y coincidiendo con la visita del Papa.
Preocupación por la seguridad del Papa:
Fuentes policiales, confiaron al Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH que hay "una gran preocupación" en el equipo de seguridad del pontífice por el crimen, el hecho de que el asesino haya huido y pueda estar por el barrio de Gracia, ubicado justo al lado.
La División de Investigación Criminal de los Mossos d'Esquadra se ha hecho cargo del caso, ha abierto una investigación y buscan al autor, que ha escapado. Varios agentes se han desplegado en el lugar junto con la policía científica. Además, comprobarán las imágenes grabadas -hay muchas cámaras en esa vía- para tratar de identificar al autor e interrogarán a los testigos.

Heart of Barcelona:
The murder was committed just meters from the National Police station in the heart of the Catalan capital (where ID cards are issued) and on one of the city's busiest streets. The incident occurred at 9:50 a.m. this Wednesday, in an area full of shops, offices, and schools, coinciding with the Pope's visit.
Concern for the Pope's safety:
Police sources told the International Consortium of Journalists JMH that there is "great concern" within the Pope's security team about the crime, the fact that the killer has fled, and the possibility that he may be in the Gràcia neighborhood, located right next door. The Criminal Investigation Division of the Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) has taken charge of the case, opened an investigation, and is searching for the perpetrator, who has fled. Several officers have been deployed to the scene along with forensic investigators. They will also review recorded footage—there are many cameras on that road—to try to identify the perpetrator and will interview witnesses.

バルセロナ、6月10日 国際ジャーナリスト連合（ICJ）JMH発 – ローマ教皇レオ14世のバルセロナ訪問中、市の中心部で事件が発生した。バルメス通りで起きたこの事件は、事実上の処刑のような銃撃事件だった。犯人は現在も逃走中である。
バルセロナ中心部：
この殺人事件は、カタルーニャ州都バルセロナの中心部にある国家警察署（身分証明書の発行所）からわずか数メートル、市内でも有数の繁華街で発生した。事件は水曜日の午前9時50分、商店、オフィス、学校が立ち並ぶ地域で発生し、教皇の訪問と重なった。
教皇の安全への懸念：
警察筋はICJHに対し、教皇の警備チームは、この事件、犯人が逃走したこと、そして犯人がすぐ隣のグラシア地区に潜伏している可能性について「非常に懸念している」と語った。カタルーニャ州警察（Mossos d'Esquadra）の刑事捜査課が事件を担当し、捜査を開始、逃走中の犯人を捜索しています。複数の警察官と鑑識官が現場に派遣されました。犯人の特定のため、現場周辺の道路に設置されている多数のカメラの映像を確認するとともに、目撃者への聞き取り調査も行います。
