Amid what the Argentine government describes as an anti-Argentina campaign across international media and social networks, President Javier Milei signed Decree 681/2026, establishing a new legal ground to deny entry to or expel any foreign national who promotes or incites hatred, discrimination or violence against the Argentine people or its citizens, or who desecrates national symbols, including the National Flag, the National Anthem and the National Coat of Arms.
"Anyone who attacks the Argentine Republic is not welcome in our country," Milei said in the official statement released by the Presidency.

A raíz de la campaña antiargentina que, según el Gobierno, se ha intensificado en medios internacionales y redes sociales, el presidente Javier Milei firmó el Decreto 681/2026, que incorpora una nueva causal de prohibición de ingreso y de expulsión del territorio nacional para cualquier ciudadano extranjero que promueva o incite mensajes de odio, discriminación o violencia contra el pueblo argentino o sus ciudadanos, o que ultraje los símbolos patrios, entre ellos la Bandera Nacional, el Himno Nacional y el Escudo Nacional.

アルゼンチン政府が国際メディアおよびソーシャルメディア上で反アルゼンチン・キャンペーンが拡大していると主張する中、ハビエル・ミレイ大統領は政令681/2026号に署名した。同政令は、アルゼンチン国民または市民に対する憎悪、差別、暴力を助長または扇動する外国人、あるいは国旗、国歌、国章などの国家の象徴を侮辱する外国人について、入国禁止および国外退去の新たな法的根拠を定めるものである。
「アルゼンチン共和国を攻撃する者は、我が国に歓迎されない」とミレイ大統領は大統領府の公式声明で述べた。
