A growing influx of migrants swimming from Morocco to the Spanish enclave of Ceuta is pushing the situation to the brink of collapse, according to local authorities.
More than 2,000 people have arrived in recent days, at a pace of nearly 200 per day, placing increasing pressure on reception facilities.
The Temporary Immigrant Reception Centre (CETI) and juvenile accommodation centers are operating beyond capacity, forcing authorities to open alternative facilities and prompting Ceuta's government to call for a national state of emergency.

El Centro de Estancia Temporal de Inmigrantes (CETI) y los centros de menores se encuentran completamente desbordados, lo que obligó a habilitar instalaciones alternativas y llevó a las autoridades de Ceuta a solicitar la declaración de una emergencia nacional.

モロッコからスペイン領セウタへ泳いで渡る移民の流入が急増し、現地当局によると、事態は崩壊寸前の状況となっている。
ここ数日で2,000人を超える移民が到着し、1日当たり約200人のペースで流入が続いており、受け入れ施設への負担が急速に高まっている。
移民一時滞在センター（CETI）および未成年者保護施設は収容能力を大幅に超えた状態となり、代替施設の設置を余儀なくされるとともに、セウタ自治政府は国家非常事態の宣言を要請した。
