España derrotó 2 a 1 a Bélgica en el Los Angeles Stadium y se clasificó a las semifinales del Mundial, donde enfrentará a Francia. Spain defeated Belgium 2-1 at Los Angeles Stadium, securing a spot in the World Cup semifinals where they will face France. Fabián Ruiz opened the scoring in the first half, Charles De Ketelaere equalized before the break, and Mikel Merino—once again scoring a decisive goal after coming off the bench—sealed the victory in the closing stages. Luis de la Fuente’s squad dominated much of the match, with Lamine Yamal standing out as their most dangerous player, and were rewarded in the final minutes. Belgium held firm for stretches of the game but struggled after Thibaut Courtois left the pitch due to injury and could not avoid elimination.
