While the mayor of Madrid jokes with journalists who support her with a “chao pescao” in response to allegations of possible major corruption involving the purchase and subsequent sale of a “modest” apartment of nearly 500 square meters and worth more than 6 million dollars in Madrid, Sánchez’s central government, focused on a different sphere and surrounded by another swarm of sympathetic journalists, celebrates that “everything is fine in Ceuta” and proposes a playlist of songs to enjoy the summer.
But what is the reality in Ceuta today?
The incursion into Ceuta from Morocco a few days ago is slowly but inexorably generating a humanitarian emergency, due to the strain placed on assistance services by people in the streets and on the beaches, as well as the challenges of coexistence with Ceuta’s resident population.

Mientras la alcaldesa de Madrid se divierte con los periodistas que la apoyan con un “chao pescao” ante la denuncia de una posible gran corrupción en la compra y posterior venta de un “modesto” departamento de casi 500 metros cuadrados y más de 6 millones de dólares en Madrid; el gobierno central de Sánchez, orientado en la otra esfera y con otro enjambre de periodistas acólitos, festeja que “todo está bien en Ceuta” y propone una playlist de canciones para disfrutar el verano.
¿Pero cuál es la realidad de Ceuta hoy?
La invasión a Ceuta desde Marruecos de hace unos días está provocando, lenta pero inexorablemente, una emergencia humanitaria por la presión asistencial de la gente en las calles y las playas y los desafíos de convivencia con la población que vive en Ceuta.
Sánchez lo minimiza, pero miles de personas que llegaron en la invasión, incluidos menores, malviven a la intemperie o en recursos provisionales dependientes de la asistencia social y de organizaciones como Cruz Roja.
El peligro de las violaciones:
Hay muchos casos de extrema vulnerabilidad, especialmente entre los menores de edad y las mujeres expuestas a redes de explotación sexual.

日食と決勝戦に酔いしれるスペインは、セウタの危機を横目に見ている。マドリード市長が、自身を支持する記者たちと「チャオ・ペスカオ（じゃあ、また）」と冗談を交わしている一方で、マドリードで約500平方メートル、600万ドル以上の価値がある「ささやかな」アパートの購入と、その後の売却をめぐり、大規模な汚職の可能性が指摘されている。
一方、サンチェス中央政府は別の方向を向き、さらに別の追随的な記者たちに囲まれながら、「セウタではすべて順調だ」と祝うかのように、夏を楽しむための楽曲プレイリストまで提案している。
しかし、今日のセウタの現実はどうなっているのか。
数日前にモロッコ側からセウタへ人々が大量に流入したことにより、路上や海岸にいる人々への支援体制に大きな負担が生じ、さらにセウタ住民との共存という課題も重なり、事態はゆっくりと、しかし確実に人道的緊急事態へと向かっている。
サンチェス首相は事態を過小評価しているが、この流入で到着した数千人、未成年者を含む人々が、屋外や、社会福祉サービスや赤十字などの組織による支援に依存する一時的な施設で、極めて厳しい環境の中で生活している。
性的暴力の危険：
特に未成年者や、性的搾取組織の標的となる可能性のある女性を中心に、極めて脆弱な立場に置かれている人々が多数存在する。
スペイン保健省は、一般住民における感染症伝播のリスクは低いとしている一方、移民集団については、過密状態や路上での基本的な衛生環境の欠如を理由に、中程度のリスクがあると警告している。
これはどのように解釈すべきなのか。
近い将来、感染症の流行が発生することになる。
社会的緊張：
