バスク州警察（エルツァインツァ）は、今週、ビスカヤ県で17歳未満の2人がわずか72時間の間隔で死亡した事案について、自殺の可能性を含めて捜査しています。
相次いだ2人の死亡は、バスク地方の教育関係者や社会に深い懸念を引き起こしています。特に、亡くなった2人が非常に若かったこと、そして短期間に相次いで発生したことが大きな問題となっています。
世界いじめ撲滅機構は、犠牲となった子どもたちに関係する学校のうち1校で、授業が中止され、児童・生徒、教職員、家族を支援するための心理的支援プロトコルが発動されたとの報告を受けました。

The Ertzaintza (Basque Police) is investigating the deaths of two minors under the age of 17 who died this week in Bizkaia just 72 hours apart, amid the possibility that the cases may have been suicides.
The succession of both deaths has caused deep concern throughout the Basque educational and social community, particularly because of the young age of the victims and the very short interval between the two deaths.
The World Organization Bullying Without Borders was informed that, at one of the schools linked to the victims, classes were suspended and psychological support protocols were activated to assist students, teachers and families.
The cases became known precisely on September 10, International Suicide Prevention Day, at a time when Basque health institutions are calling for stronger early detection of signs of psychological distress among children and adolescents.
The suspected double suicide comes to light precisely on World Suicide Prevention Day, established by the World Health Organization, an unconditional ally of the World Organization Bullying Without Borders.
The World Health Organization states that adolescent suicide prevention, as well as news coverage of suicides, should be addressed publicly without sensationalism, but also without silence. Responsible journalism can help reduce stigma, encourage people experiencing a crisis to seek help, and prevent the dissemination of potentially harmful information.

Dos menores de 17 años mueren en Bizkaia en 72 horas y la Ertzaintza investiga los casos como posibles suicidios
La Ertzaintza (Policía del País Vasco) investiga las muertes de dos menores de 17 años ocurridas esta semana en Bizkaia con apenas 72 horas de diferencia, ante la posibilidad de que se trate de casos de suicidio.
La sucesión de ambas muertes ha provocado una profunda preocupación en el entorno educativo y social vasco, especialmente por la corta edad de los menores y por haberse producido en un intervalo de tiempo muy reducido.
La Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras fue notificada de que, en uno de los centros educativos vinculados a las víctimas, se suspendieron las clases y se activaron protocolos de apoyo psicológico para acompañar a estudiantes, docentes y familias.
El caso se conoce precisamente este 10 de septiembre, Día Internacional para la Prevención del Suicidio, en un momento en el que las instituciones sanitarias vascas reclaman reforzar la detección temprana de las señales de sufrimiento psicológico entre niños y adolescentes.
Este presunto doble suicidio se conoce precisamente el Día Mundial de la Prevención del Suicidio, instituido por la Organización Mundial de la Salud, aliado incondicional de la Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras.
La Organización Mundial de la Salud indica que la prevención del suicidio adolescente e incluso las noticias sobre suicidios deben abordarse públicamente sin sensacionalismo, pero tampoco desde el silencio. La cobertura periodística responsable puede contribuir a reducir el estigma, favorecer que quienes atraviesan una crisis pidan ayuda y evitar la difusión de información que pueda resultar perjudicial.
En este sentido, la investigación sobre las dos muertes de Bizkaia continúa abierta y las autoridades todavía deben determinar oficialmente las circunstancias de cada caso.
