世界各地でAIによる悪用に対する活動を先駆的に行っている国際NGO **「Humans vs Artificial Intelligence（人間対人工知能）」と、「Bullying Sin Fronteras（国境なきいじめ）」**が共同で、スペインの中等教育を受ける6万人以上の生徒を対象に調査を行った結果、現在、サイバーいじめによる攻撃の40％がAIツールを使用して行われていることを確認しました。

警鐘を鳴らしていたアルゼンチンの先例
この現象はスペインではまだ確認されていませんでしたが、2024年5月、ジュネーブで設立された国際組織 **「Humans vs Artificial Intelligence（人間対人工知能）」**は、ブエノスアイレスで発生した事例を受け、警告を発しました。この事例では、AIツールを使用して青少年の偽画像を生成していました。
この発表では、ラ・プラタの学校で報告された事例について説明されています。そこでは、女子生徒の写真がデジタル加工され、裸であるかのように見える画像にされた後、WhatsAppを通じて拡散されました。同組織は当時、同様の事例について他にも情報を受け取っていたとし、これらのツールが少女や青少年にもたらす可能性のある危険について警告しました。

Based on a joint effort between the international NGO Spain: Artificial intelligence is present in 40% of cyberbullying cases vs Artificial Intelligence, a pioneer in working against AI abuses around the world, and Bullying Without Borders, involving a universe of more than 60,000 secondary-school students in Spain, we have been able to establish that, as of today, 40 percent of cyberbullying attacks have been carried out using AI tools.

The publication described a case reported at a school in La Plata, where photographs of female students were digitally manipulated to make them appear nude and were subsequently distributed through WhatsApp. The organization said at the time that it had received information about other similar incidents and warned about the risks these tools could pose to girls and adolescents.
The publication also stated that similar situations had been reported in other Argentine provinces and in different countries.

El fenómeno todavía no había aparecido en España, pero en mayo de 2024 la Organización Internacional Humanos vs Inteligencia Artificial, fundada en Ginebra, difundió una alerta a partir de un caso ocurrido en Buenos Aires y relacionado con la utilización de herramientas de IA para generar imágenes falsas de adolescentes.
La publicación describió un caso denunciado en un colegio de La Plata, donde fotografías de alumnas fueron manipuladas digitalmente para aparentar desnudez y posteriormente difundidas por WhatsApp. La organización señaló entonces que había recibido información sobre otros episodios similares y advirtió sobre el riesgo que estas herramientas podían representar para niñas y adolescentes.
La publicación también sostuvo que se habían registrado situaciones similares en otras provincias argentinas y en distintos países.
