Selon les informations disponibles, l'homme, qui n'aurait pas été en possession de documents d'identité et aurait rejoint le secteur lors des récentes arrivées de migrants à Ceuta, s'est rendu au domicile. Des agents de la police scientifique se sont rendus au domicile afin de procéder aux investigations et de rechercher l'arme qui aurait été utilisée. La juge de permanence s'est également rendue sur place.
La femme reste à la disposition des enquêteurs pendant que les procédures se poursuivent afin d'établir les circonstances du décès et de déterminer si elle a agi en état de légitime défense.

According to the information available, the man, who allegedly had no identification documents and was said to have arrived in the area during the recent influx of migrants into Ceuta, went to the home. The two reportedly had a heated argument and, according to the account provided, the man attempted to attack the woman, who defended herself with a kitchen knife.
Their relationship is under investigation. The man was reportedly a relative of the woman, specifically her cousin, according to information provided to the Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH.

“This neighborhood is already dead,” a 65-year-old resident said, speaking on condition of anonymity. “All I know is that I don't want to know anything anymore. I'm tired, you know? These days all you hear are screams. I take my medication at night and I don't want to know anything else,” he added.
Forensic Police officers went to the home to conduct investigations and search for the weapon allegedly used. The duty judge also attended the scene.
The woman remains available to investigators while proceedings are carried out to establish the circumstances of the death and determine whether she acted in self-defense.

Según la información disponible, el hombre, que presuntamente no llevaba documentación y habría llegado a la zona durante las recientes entradas de inmigrantes a Ceuta, acudió a la vivienda. Ambos habrían mantenido una fuerte discusión y, de acuerdo con el relato aportado, el hombre intentó agredir a la mujer, quien se defendió con un cuchillo de cocina.
La relación entre ambos está siendo investigada. El hombre habría sido familiar de la mujer, concretamente su primo, según la información facilitada al Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH.

«Este barrio ya está muerto», declaró bajo reserva de identidad un vecino de 65 años. «Yo solo sé que ya no quiero saber nada. Estoy cansado, ¿sabes? Estos días solo se escuchan gritos. Me tomo la medicación por las noches y no quiero saber más», añadió.
Agentes de la Policía Científica acudieron a la vivienda para realizar las investigaciones y localizar el arma presuntamente utilizada. La jueza de guardia también se desplazó al lugar.
La mujer permanece a disposición de los investigadores mientras se practican las diligencias destinadas a determinar las circunstancias de la muerte y si actuó en legítima defensa.
