CEUTA, September 11 — World Organization Bullying Without Borders — Ceuta is facing a situation of growing vulnerability, and children and adolescents are beginning to feel its effects in their daily lives. Numerous messages have reached Bullying Without Borders seeking help and guidance in dealing with circumstances that many families do not know how to manage.
More than 40 makeshift huts or shacks, built precariously by people who arrived from Morocco during the latest influx, were affected by a fire during the early hours of the morning.
The incident may appear to be another news story, but for children living in the settlements alongside newly arrived migrants, as well as for children and adolescents in Ceuta accustomed to a significantly higher level of normality, it represents an image of fear and uncertainty.
According to a reconstruction by Bullying Without Borders based on confirmation from Ceuta authorities, the fire broke out at the migrant settlement in Naves del Tarajal and affected at least 40 tents and makeshift shelters, which were destroyed by the flames.
The fire started near the area where migrants had gathered, in an informal settlement where families with children were living in tents. Around 200 people have remained there for more than a month without being accommodated in any official facility, awaiting placement.
The situation of violence and vulnerability in Ceuta is raising growing concern about the emotional well-being of children and adolescents who have begun the 2026 school year.

Durante la madrugada, más de 40 ranchos o chabolas construidos de manera precaria por personas llegadas desde Marruecos durante la última invasión fueron afectados por un incendio.
Puede parecer una noticia más, pero para los menores que viven en los asentamientos junto a inmigrantes recién llegados, así como para los niños y adolescentes de Ceuta acostumbrados a un nivel de normalidad muy superior, constituye una imagen de temor e incertidumbre.
Según pudo reconstruir Bullying Sin Fronteras a partir de la confirmación de las autoridades de Ceuta, el incendio se produjo en el asentamiento de migrantes de las Naves del Tarajal y afectó al menos a 40 tiendas de campaña y chabolas, que quedaron reducidas a cenizas.
Las llamas se originaron en las inmediaciones del embolsamiento, en una zona de asentamiento informal donde vivían familias con niños en tiendas de campaña. En total, unas 200 personas permanecen allí desde hace más de un mes, sin haber sido alojadas en ninguna instalación oficial y a la espera de una plaza.
La situación de violencia y vulnerabilidad en Ceuta genera una preocupación creciente por el bienestar emocional de los niños y adolescentes que han comenzado el ciclo educativo de 2026.

一見すると一つのニュースに過ぎないように見えるが、新たに到着した移民とともに仮設キャンプで暮らす子どもたちにとって、また、より高い水準の平常な生活に慣れているセウタの子どもや青少年にとっても、それは恐怖と不安を感じさせる光景となっている。
Bullying Sin Fronterasがセウタ当局の確認をもとにまとめたところによると、火災はナベス・デル・タラハルの移民居住区で発生し、少なくとも40張のテントや簡易住居が被害を受け、焼失した。
火は移民が集まっていた区域の近くで発生した。そこは家族連れがテントで生活する非公式の居住区だった。約200人が1カ月以上にわたり公式の収容施設に入ることができないまま、受け入れ先が確保されるのを待っている。
セウタで広がる暴力と脆弱な生活環境は、2026年度の教育課程を開始した子どもや青少年の心の健康への影響について、懸念を強めている。
