La Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras confirma en base a la evidencia reunida por el Juzgado de Instrucción en turno de Madrid para Villanueva de la Cañada, que David de 11 años fue asesinado con alevosía y por la espalda con varias puñaladas por parte de Julio, un joven peruano de 23 años
con aparentes trastornos mentales. El asesino manifestaba
situaciones peligrosas en la comunidad, tales como mostrar el cuchillo que portaba. Incluso se lo enseñó a la víctima, días previos al ataque.
El chico fue atacado cuando tomaba una clase de inglés sobre las 19 horas de España y decidió ir al sanitario. En ese momento el asesino lo atacó
sin posibilidad de defensa. Fue atendido por los servicios de emergencia pero murió al llegar al Hospital local.
Julio, el asesino, permanece detenido en una unidad psiquiátrica
por orden judicial.

The murderer exhibited dangerous behavior in the community, such as brandishing the knife he was carrying. He even showed it to the victim in the days leading up to the attack. The boy was attacked while taking an English class around 7:00 PM (Spanish time) and decided to go to the restroom. At that moment, the murderer attacked him, leaving him no chance to defend himself. He was treated by emergency services but died upon arrival at the local hospital. Julio, the murderer, remains in custody in a psychiatric unit by court order.

Tal como ocurrió hace un tiempo con Álex, de apenas 13 años, asesinado en Sueca, Valencia con un cuchillo, por parte de un hombre español que trabajaba como bibliotecario y es padre de un compañero de escuela de Álex. El crimen ocurrió en la propia casa del asesino y también en un momento en que la víctima decidió ir al baño.

The case of Alex in Sueca, Valencia:
Just as happened some time ago with Alex, who was only 13 years old, murdered in Sueca, Valencia, with a knife by a Spanish man who worked as a librarian and was the father of one of Alex's schoolmates. The crime occurred in the killer's own home, also while the victim was going to the bathroom.
