Los Escudos Protectores Naranjas nacen para decirle a cada niño, a cada niña y a cada adolescente que enfrenta el bullying o el ciberbullying una verdad que nadie debería tener que aprender demasiado tarde:
NO ESTÁS SOLO.
El bullying, el ciberbullying y los trolls:
Golpean la autoestima.
Golpean la confianza.
Golpean los sueños.
El bullying, el ciberbullying y los trolls siguen matando en silencio.
Por eso BSF lanza los escudos protectores de color naranja que dicen:
El problema es el acoso.
El problema es el silencio.
El problema es la soledad.
El problema es la tristeza.
El problema es el miedo.
Pero llegan los escudos protectores de color naranja; escudos como los que usaban espartanos o romanos en la antigüedad. No para esconderse del enemigo, sino para enfrentarlo, para protegerse y para proteger a sus compañeros.
Eso serán los escudos protectores de color naranja de BSF.
Un escudo será la familia que escucha.
Otro escudo será el maestro que interviene.
Otro escudo será el amigo que no abandona.
Otro escudo será el profesional que acompaña.
Otro escudo será la escuela que actúa.
Otro escudo será el periodista que informa la verdad.
Otro escudo será el medio de comunicación que no esconde el bullying.
Uno, otro, otro. De a poco BSF estará en millones de escudos de color naranja en todo el mundo.
Y empezaremos a ganar la batalla contra el bullying, contra el ciberbullying y contra los trolls.
Nuestro escudo será una sociedad que dice fuerte y claro:
¡NINGÚN NIÑO DEBE ENFRENTAR SOLO AL BULLYING, AL CIBERBULLYING Y A LOS TROLLS!
El naranja será nuestra señal, visible, inconfundible de valor, de confianza y de solidaridad.

Por eso, para BSF, estos escudos tienen también un nombre que mira hacia Japón:

Así como el Día Mundial contra el Bullying es un milagro que comenzó desde un escritorio, que los Escudos Protectores de Color Naranja sean un milagro que nace desde el corazón de cada uno con la única consigna de proteger a los niños, adolescentes y jóvenes de tres asesinos que siguen matando en silencio: el bullying, el ciberbullying y los trolls.
Un escudo levantado por cada familia, cada maestro, cada amigo, cada institución y cada persona que se niegue a mirar hacia otro lado. Un milagro sin fronteras.
Con una única consigna:
PROTEGER.
Porque la idea del primer escudo nació en un escritorio, pero los próximos escudos protectores de color naranja surgirán desde millones de corazones en todo el mundo.
Cuando nacimos alguien dijo:
“Si el bullying no tiene fronteras, la ayuda tampoco las tendrá. Llegará a todas partes; a los rincones más importantes del planeta y a aquellos lugares modestos donde ninguna otra ayuda pueda llegar. That is why BSF is launching the orange protective shields, which say:
The problem is harassment.

But now come the orange protective shields; shields like those used by Spartans and Romans in ancient times. Not to hide from the enemy, but to face it, to protect themselves and to protect their comrades.
That is what BSF’s orange protective shields will be.
One shield will be the family that listens.
Another shield will be the teacher who intervenes.
Another shield will be the friend who does not abandon.
Another shield will be the professional who provides support.
Another shield will be the school that takes action.
Another shield will be the journalist who tells the truth.
Another shield will be the media outlet that does not hide bullying.
One, another, another. Little by little, BSF will be present in millions of orange shields throughout the world.
And we will begin to win the battle against bullying, against cyberbullying and against trolls.
Our shield will be a society that says loudly and clearly:
NO CHILD SHOULD HAVE TO FACE BULLYING, CYBERBULLYING OR TROLLS ALONE!
Orange will be our visible, unmistakable sign of courage, confidence and solidarity.

オレンジ色の保護シールドは、いじめやサイバーいじめに直面しているすべての少年、少女、そして青少年に、誰も手遅れになってから知るべきではない一つの真実を伝えるために生まれました。
あなたは一人ではありません。
いじめ、サイバーいじめ、そしてトロールは、
自尊心を傷つけます。
自信を奪います。
夢を傷つけます。
いじめ、サイバーいじめ、そしてトロールは、今も静かに人の命を奪い続けています。
だからこそBSFは、次の言葉を掲げるオレンジ色の保護シールドを発表します。
問題は嫌がらせです。
問題は沈黙です。
問題は孤独です。
問題は悲しみです。
問題は恐怖です。
しかし今、オレンジ色の保護シールドが登場します。古代のスパルタ人やローマ人が使っていた盾のようなシールドです。敵から隠れるためではありません。敵に立ち向かい、自分自身を守り、仲間を守るためです。
それがBSFのオレンジ色の保護シールドです。
一つの盾は、耳を傾ける家族です。
もう一つの盾は、介入する教師です。
もう一つの盾は、決して見捨てない友人です。
もう一つの盾は、寄り添う専門家です。
もう一つの盾は、行動する学校です。
もう一つの盾は、真実を伝えるジャーナリストです。
もう一つの盾は、いじめを隠さないメディアです。
一つ、また一つ、そしてまた一つ。
少しずつ、BSFは世界中の何百万ものオレンジ色の盾の中に存在するようになります。
そして私たちは、いじめ、サイバーいじめ、そしてトロールとの戦いに勝ち始めるのです。
私たちの盾は、力強く、そして明確にこう言う社会です。
いじめ、サイバーいじめ、そしてトロールに、子どもが一人で立ち向かわなければならないことなど、決してあってはならない！
オレンジは、勇気、信頼、連帯を示す、目に見える、誰にでも分かる私たちのサインになります。

草間彌生はかつてこう述べました。

私たちが誕生したとき、ある人はこう語りました。
「いじめに国境がないのなら、助けにも国境はありません。助けは世界中のあらゆる場所に届きます。地球上で最も重要な場所にも、そして他のいかなる支援も届かない小さな場所にも。力強く、勇気を持って、そして時間通りに届きます。そして決して費用を求めることはありません。被害者とその家族が、何かを義務づけられることなく私たちに助けを求めることができると知るために。そして加害者が、決して罰を免れることはないと知るために。」

Das Problem ist das Schweigen.
Das Problem ist die Einsamkeit.
Das Problem ist die Traurigkeit.
Das Problem ist die Angst.
Doch nun kommen die orangenen Schutzschilde – Schilde wie jene, die Spartaner und Römer in der Antike trugen. Nicht, um sich vor dem Feind zu verstecken, sondern um ihm entgegenzutreten, sich selbst zu schützen und die eigenen Gefährten zu schützen.
Das werden die orangenen Schutzschilde von BSF sein.
Ein Schild ist die Familie, die zuhört.
Ein weiterer Schild ist der Lehrer, der eingreift.
Ein weiterer Schild ist der Freund, der nicht im Stich lässt.
Ein weiterer Schild ist der Fachmann, der begleitet und unterstützt.
Ein weiterer Schild ist die Schule, die handelt.
Ein weiterer Schild ist der Journalist, der die Wahrheit berichtet.
Ein weiterer Schild ist das Medium, das Mobbing nicht verschweigt.
Einer, noch einer, noch einer.
Nach und nach wird BSF in Millionen orangener Schutzschilde auf der ganzen Welt präsent sein.
Und wir werden beginnen, den Kampf gegen Mobbing, gegen Cybermobbing und gegen Trolle zu gewinnen.
Unser Schild wird eine Gesellschaft sein, die laut und deutlich sagt:
KEIN KIND DARF MOBBING, CYBERMOBBING ODER TROLLEN ALLEIN GEGENÜBERSTEHEN!
Orange wird unser sichtbares, unverwechselbares Zeichen für Mut, Vertrauen und Solidarität sein.

So wie der Welttag gegen Mobbing ein Wunder ist, das an einem Schreibtisch begann, sollen die orangenen Schutzschilde ein Wunder sein, das im Herzen jedes Einzelnen entsteht – mit dem einzigen Ziel, Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Menschen vor drei Killern zu schützen, die weiterhin im Stillen töten: Mobbing, Cybermobbing und Trolle.
Ein Schild, das von jeder Familie, jedem Lehrer, jedem Freund, jeder Institution und jedem Menschen erhoben wird, der sich weigert, wegzusehen.
Ein Wunder ohne Grenzen.
Mit nur einem einzigen Auftrag:
SCHÜTZEN.
Denn die Idee für den ersten Schild entstand an einem Schreibtisch, aber die nächsten orangenen Schutzschilde werden aus Millionen von Herzen auf der ganzen Welt entstehen.
Als wir gegründet wurden, sagte jemand:
„Wenn Mobbing keine Grenzen kennt, wird auch die Hilfe keine Grenzen kennen. Sie wird überall hinkommen; in die wichtigsten Winkel des Planeten und an jene bescheidenen Orte, an die keine andere Hilfe gelangen kann. Sie wird mit Kraft und Mut kommen, sie wird rechtzeitig kommen und sie wird niemals etwas kosten; damit Opfer und ihre Familien wissen, dass sie uns um Hilfe bitten können, ohne zu irgendetwas anderem verpflichtet zu sein, und damit Täter wissen, dass sie nicht ungestraft davonkommen werden.“
