Hace pocos días la noticia fue el peor desempeño de España en las Pruebas PISA desde que comenzaron los registros.

El informe PISA 2025 de la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos (OCDE) señala que el 14% de los estudiantes españoles de 15 años declaró haber sufrido al menos una forma de bullying varias veces al mes o con mayor frecuencia.
Un segundo estudio confirma el repunte
La señal de alarma no aparece solamente en PISA.
Las Estadísticas Mundiales de Bullying Sin Fronteras, año 2025/2026; colocan a España como número uno a nivel mundial con al menos 360.000 casos graves.

Mientras crece, también en España, el ciberbullying con agresiones físicas y hostigamiento digital continuo.
Hay coincidencia entre las Pruebas PISA y BSF:
Si bien ambas evaluaciones tienen carácter y metodologías diferentes, es importante señalar que la coincidencia entre ambas (Pruebas PISA y Estadísticas Mundiales de Bullying con España como Número 1); es un motivo suficiente para iniciar un trabajo desde cero en la prevención de bullying, ciberbullying, enfermedades mentales y suicidio infanto juvenil.
La OCDE advierte que el bullying no es solamente un problema de convivencia. El clima escolar también importa para aprender.
El bullying por sí solo no sería causa del deterioro académico para la OCDE; pero: ¿qué puede aprender un adolescente cuando llegar a la escuela significa también enfrentarse todos los días a la soledad, la tristeza y el miedo?
Bullying Sin Fronteras viene advirtiendo desde su fundación que el bullying no debe ser tratado como una travesura, un conflicto menor entre compañeros o una etapa normal de la adolescencia.
El acoso escolar puede afectar la autoestima, el bienestar psicológico, la asistencia escolar, las relaciones sociales y la trayectoria educativa de quienes lo sufren.
Y cuando se combina con otros factores de vulnerabilidad, puede formar parte de un escenario mucho más grave de deterioro de la salud mental, ideaciones suicidas y muerte por suicidio.
Los datos de las Pruebas PISA (OCDE) y de las Estadísticas Mundiales de Bullying 2025/2026 (BSF), coinciden: este 2026 el bullying vuelve a crecer entre los estudiantes españoles.

But the bullying and cyberbullying reported by students in the PISA Tests are another cause for concern for the Iberian Peninsula.
The 2025 PISA report by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) states that 14% of 15-year-old students in Spain reported having experienced at least one form of bullying several times a month or more frequently.
A second study confirms the increase
The warning does not come from PISA alone.
The Bullying Sin Fronteras World Bullying Statistics for 2025/2026 place Spain at number one worldwide, with at least 360,000 serious cases.

Meanwhile, cyberbullying is also growing in Spain, with physical aggression and continuous digital harassment.
There is a coincidence between the PISA Tests and BSF:
Although both assessments have different characteristics and methodologies, it is important to point out that the coincidence between them (PISA Tests and World Bullying Statistics, with Spain ranked number one) is sufficient reason to start from scratch in efforts to prevent bullying, cyberbullying, mental illness and suicide among children and adolescents.
The OECD warns that bullying is not merely a problem of coexistence. The school climate also matters for learning.
Bullying alone would not be the cause of academic deterioration according to the OECD; but: what can an adolescent learn when going to school also means facing loneliness, sadness and fear every day?
Since its foundation, Bullying Sin Fronteras has warned that bullying should not be treated as a prank, a minor conflict between classmates or a normal stage of adolescence.
Bullying can affect the self-esteem, psychological well-being, school attendance, social relationships and educational trajectory of those who suffer it.
And when combined with other vulnerability factors, it can become part of a much more serious scenario involving deteriorating mental health, suicidal ideation and death by suicide.
The data from the PISA Tests (OECD) and the 2025/2026 World Bullying Statistics (BSF) coincide: this 2026, bullying is once again increasing among Spanish students.
